"You Tube Poop is a form of video editing that has became one of the more popular fads on the You Tube site, and on the internet. The purpose of these bizarre videos are to confuse viewers and then give some giggles to them due to it's weird humor. These videos which are once the normal regular videos you often see on the internet are soon clipped and reassembled to a Frankenstein's monster, and soon becomes a form of art. You Tube Poop is the art of a new era, only the colorful palletes are the videos of all kinds waiting to be mashed into another wierd and wonderful video to be watched on the highly favored video website by thousands.
The bad news is that not many people understand how it's actually done, and how it's made. The original You Tube Poop was a video with clips randomly placed in, used a decent source, was free of MS Paint edits and other junk, and wasn't supposed to make much sense with the title. Many people today use badly overused soures (i.e cutscenes of the campy Legend of Zelda games {Wand of Gamelon and Faces of Evil} and/or Hotel Mario for the Philips CD-i, an episode of the Super Mario World cartoon {"Mama Luigi"}, the imfamous Volvic water commercials, and Colgate's promotional Dr. Rabbit cartoons), and other abuse that has been growing the cancer that is killing the genre every day, yet people like Super Yoshi (Who gave birth to this genre) use decent sources, but some unfortune people (i.e. Taco Wiz) can't do good even with them. People also use Anime, but many people aren't so good with them either.
A video should use nessesary repeats, sentence mixing, a decent source (Anime works too), some special effects (If you desire so), and that's about all. Many people nowadays use advanced video editing software like Sony Vegas or any Adobe video software. The standard Windows Movie Maker is good for you only if you want to make a simple mash-up, can deal with limits, and is very paitcent. People should tend to avoid at all costs using Flash, basing a video off storylines, inserting MS Paint edited Images, inserting text, using the "raped to death" sources, and adding "You Tube Poop" In front of the video's title, and adding in "*certain media*Poop", adding in the word, and putting in "Random" or "Randomness". If you want to be part of it, please have fun during production and don't get burnt out so often. If you don't know how to edit of anything else, contact the forums (And don't be a jackass like Pimpsahoy there) and PM an expert, or just don't bother to do so.
Oh, if it's an AMV or slideshow, or otherwise add in CD-i, and you call it a "You Tube Poop", sorry kid. You got it all wrong. You Tube Poop isn't supposed to be "funny" at first. If non-amature-ish people enjoy it, I'd say you did a good job. I don't expect everyone to be like Seductive Baz, Stegblob, and DukeofFortuneMan (banned), but some people want to be like Deepercutt, WalrusGuy, Pimpsahoy, CraaazyCat13, and TitleinLarge. (No offence to those poopers)
