Beyonce is back on the big screen this Friday with her first non-singing role in the new thriller 'Obsessed,' and our own Ross Mathews -- a self-professed super fan -- tells Beyonce he's "obsessed" with her himself!
But there was nothing but love in the room, as the Grammy winner told Ross that she loves him!
"Don't say that if you don't mean it," said a delighted Ross.
"I do," insisted Beyonce. "I just want to laugh. You just make me happy. It's like this magic right here, it's like a magnet. I feel it."
In 'Obsessed,' Beyonce plays Sharon, the glamorous and happy wife of Derek (Idris Elba), a successful asset manager who has just received a major promotion. Everything seems to be going their way until Derek's co-worker Lisa (Ali Larter) becomes obsessed and begins to stalk him, putting everything they know in jeopardy.
"This is my first time playing a woman that in the beginning is really sweet and charming and towards the end is tested -- someone touches her child -- so she gets very aggressive and fights for what she believes," says Beyonce, who is happy to be included as one of the tougher onscreen heroines to date.
"I feel like that is my goal," she says. "Women, we help each other and we empower each other and when there's no one else, we always have other female friends to encourage us. That's why I was attracted to this movie. So I feel like I'm doing my job."
Ross also hit the street to find Beyonce fans to ask her a question on his Flip MinoHD Video Camcorder, and a woman from Arkansas asks, "How do you work out to get that great booty?"
"I have to do a lot of squats," responds Beyonce. "I do a lot of them and I hate them, but they're the best."
