Video Description: Chloe and Davis are drawn to each and have a deep connection. But Chloe is slowly being taken over by Brainiac, while Davis is being taken over by Doomsday. They both fear their future, but without each other they feel broken inside, lost and even lonely. Will Davis be able to rid the monster within to be with the woman he loves? And will Chloe be able to let go of her past with Jimmy and Clark and rid herself of Brainiac so she can be with Davis, the only man whos ever really understood her?
And yes, we did compare the murder of Davis by Zods wife to Clark murdering Chloes memories (taking some of them away), because well we thought that was just plain wrong!
Well anyway, we hope you enjoy the video! The clips are from the first nine episodes of season 8 of Smallville on the CW.
On a side note:
If you havent watched Smallville for a while, its worth it now at least for the Davis and Chloe scenes! Davis is the tortured Mick (Moonlight), Cole (Charmed), and Guy (Robin Hood) type character of Smallville. Hes not evil yet. Hes actually a good guy like Mick on Moonlight who loves Chloe kind of like how Mick loves Beth. But, there is a darkness in him, and obviously we know in the future he becomes Doomsday (the only one whos ever been able to kill Superman in the comics). I really would like to see Davis look for a cure in the future episodes to separate himself from Doomsday because he wants to be good and he wants to be with Chloe. But well see. I hope they dont transform him too quickly!
Davis really has breathed some life back into Smallville if you ask me. Lets hope they dont screw it up, like they do most of the other Smallville couples. (And dont worry everyone we are still Chloe and Clark fans too!)
