This is the answer to a poor seoi-nage attempt, very suitable to deal with those false attacks that permeate Judo today. It works best against ippon-seio-nage, but can be succesful against morote or eri-seoi-nage, since there are many different angles to put the strangle on.
This waza may seems strange at first because your right hand ends up in an ankward position, and also because your left hand does not goes for a lapel grip but instead grabs the cloth anywhere around uke's left shoulder\neck.
The demonstrations here are very slow. At full speed it's hard to see what made uke to tap out.
